STANDARD DESIGN: Our Pre-Engineered Buildings are designed to meet or exceed the building codes for the use and intent of each building project.

MOORE PRE-ENGINEERED BUILDINGS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING

  • Laminated columns with a warranty of forty years.
  • All sidewall columns have a total of 60# of sackrette placed under the columns for a bearing surface and 60# placed around the bottom of the column to anchor it firmly in place.
  • Sidewall and Roof framing members are pre-cut 2x4's recessed between columns and truss' to give more strength and cleaner look to the inside of building.
  • Complete interior is designed to reduce unwanted bird nests.
  • Commercial style gutter with a back flap at top edge to prevent moisture

    • from entering at the eve line. Gutter is approximately one third larger than the normal 5-K gutter.
  • Every piece of the structure has been engineered to make the building act as a single unit.
  • Colored Steel, your choice of our standard colors, for all walls and roof.
  • The Steel is an 80,000 PSI Grade E steel with a thickness of .018.
  • The Roof Steel is a special Super Alurite Paint with a G-115 galvanized coating underneath.
  • Gable Roof with a 3/12 pitch is standard.
  • All treated lumber has a retention of .80 CCA which gives longer lasting qualities and defeats decay and termites.
  • 1-CCA 2x8 is used as the base board at bottom of building.
  • Delivery and Unloading is done completely by Moore Building Co. personnel at no extra charge.
  • Warranty Includes: 40 years on columns, 20 years on sliding door track, 5 years on snow load, and 5 years on workmanship.
  • Paint Warranty: 30 Year - on sidewall panel paint film integrity, 25 Year - on roof panel paint film integrity, 25 year - on sidewall panel fade & chalk, 20 year - on roof panel fade & chalk. Red Rust Corrosion - 25 year on sidewall panel corrosion, and 20 year on roof panel corrosion.
